Jeanette Henderson is a qualified wine maker and this is reflected in her wine list. The list has a strong local focus, but Jeanette’s interest in wine is far and varied and the list features a good selection of smaller boutique wines, iconic wines and some aged rarities from around Australia and overseas.

The old vault of the Australasian Bank houses the wine cellar, kept at a cool temperature year round by the thick granite blocks that were used to build an impenetrable gold vault back in those days. The shelving still carries filing tags from the 1860s.

Jeanette’s wine list was awarded Country Wine List of the Year in The Age Good Food Guide 2011.
